N888 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

N888 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform operated through the n888.cash domain. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and any form of use of n888.

N888 may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or other valid documents at any time to verify your identity. n888 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

Keeping your n888 account secure is your responsibility. Here are some important points to keep in mind:

• Keep your password confidential — never share it with anyone, including n888 support.
• We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account.
• Always log in from your own device — using a public or shared device puts your account at risk.

• Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from n888:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Daily Withdrawal Limit: ৳2,00,000 (standard members); higher limits apply for VIP members.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the mobile number registered to your own account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the required rollover has been completed.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold and investigated if suspicious activity is detected.

Most withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. However, delays may occur due to issues with bank or mobile banking servers, which are outside n888's control. If a withdrawal takes more than 2 hours, please contact support.

All bonuses and promotional offers at n888 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirement stated separately — typically ranging from ×1 to ×10.
• The rollover requirement must be completed before the bonus expires — otherwise the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus rollover is still in progress may result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once — unless the terms explicitly state otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• N888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following rules apply when placing bets at n888:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — changes may only be made through specific cash-out options where available.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with n888's policy — typically the original stake is refunded.
• Minimum bet starts from ৳10; maximum limits vary by market and member tier.
• Odds in live betting change in real time — the odds in effect at the moment your bet is accepted will apply.
• N888 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, abnormal odds caused by a server bug.

In any betting dispute, n888's decision is considered final; however, members may submit a formal complaint. Details on the complaints process are outlined in Section 11.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on n888 and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or score manipulation.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Using multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Using n888 for money laundering or any form of illegal transaction.
• Placing bets on behalf of other members or third parties (proxy betting).
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to n888's systems.
• Claiming promotions using false information or manipulating bonuses.

N888 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Suspicious transactions as defined under our Anti-Money Laundering policy.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 1 year).
• Court orders or directives from a regulatory authority.

Where possible, n888 will notify the member by email or chat before closing an account and give them the opportunity to provide any relevant information. However, in urgent cases — such as clear evidence of fraud — the account may be terminated without prior notice.

Members may also request account closure themselves — please contact support. Any balance that came through legitimate means will be returned to you after the account is closed.

N888 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The following tools are always available to every member:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Bet Limits: Set a maximum stake limit for each individual bet.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily lock your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere between 6 months and permanently.
• Reality Check: Set up reminders at regular intervals.

Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, n888 will action it within 24 hours. Please refrain from attempting to open a new account during that period. If we become aware that any account belongs to a person under 18, we will take immediate action.

N888 is committed to resolving any disputes with members in a fair and transparent manner. The process for submitting a complaint is as follows:

• Step Two: If you remain unsatisfied, submit a formal complaint by email — including a description of the issue, the relevant date(s), and any supporting evidence.
• Step Three: n888 will provide a written response within 7 business days.
• Step Four: If you are not satisfied with n888's decision, you may appeal to the relevant licensing authority.

In the event of a betting dispute, n888's recorded data and system logs will serve as the final evidence. However, members are entitled to submit supporting evidence on their own behalf.

N888 reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• For any significant changes, you will be notified via email or in-app at least 30 days in advance.
• Minor updates may take effect at any time, so we recommend checking this page regularly.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• The date of the most recent update to these terms will be shown at the top of this page.

Where both a Bangla and an English version of these Terms & Conditions exist, the English version shall prevail in the event of a dispute. That said, we will endeavour to keep the Bangla version up to date for the convenience of our members.
